Terms of Service

NaughtyRave operates this website to sell non-exclusive licenses to original instrumental music (“Beats”). By purchasing, you agree to these Terms, the License Agreement, and the Refund Policy.

Purchases. Purchases are made as a guest; no account is created. Delivery is digital and immediate: after payment you receive a download link on-screen and by email. Download links expire and have a limited number of uses, as stated at delivery; expired links can be re-issued on request from the purchase email address.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Prices are in USD and may change at any time; the price at checkout applies.

Intellectual property. All Beats, previews, artwork, and site content are the property of NaughtyRave. Voice-tagged previews are for evaluation only and may not be used in any release.

Acceptable use. You may not rip, scrape, or redistribute previews or purchased files, interfere with the operation of the site, or make purchases with fraudulent payment credentials.

Liability. The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaughtyRave's total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory local law.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
