Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been made available. Exceptions — contact us and we will make it right:

• Duplicate purchase of the same beat
• Accidental or unauthorized charge
• Corrupted or materially defective files that we cannot replace

EU / UK consumers — right of withdrawal. You normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost when you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right before the download or streaming begins. Our checkout asks for exactly this consent; your confirmation email restates it. Until delivery has begun, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

To request a refund under an exception, reply to your order confirmation email from the address used at purchase, including your order ID.
