Privacy Policy

NaughtyRave sells beat licenses as a guest-checkout store: we collect only what is needed to deliver your purchase and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we run no advertising trackers.

What we collect. When you purchase: your email address, the licensee (artist) name you enter, and your billing country (via Stripe; we never see your card number). For legal-compliance records: the IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, and document versions of your checkout consents, and a log of file downloads. When you contact us: your email address and message. Site preferences (language) are stored in a cookie on your device.

Why. To deliver purchased files and license certificates, re-issue download links, respond to inquiries, prevent fraud and abuse, defend against payment disputes, and satisfy tax and consumer-law record-keeping duties.

Processors. Data is processed by Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (file storage/CDN), and our database and hosting providers (Neon, Vercel). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security terms.

Retention. Order and consent records are kept for 7 years to meet Japanese tax bookkeeping requirements, then deleted. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry.

Cookies. Only essential cookies: your language preference and, for the site operator, an admin session. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (deletion is subject to the retention duties above). Contact us via the contact form, preferably from your purchase email address.
