License Agreement
Version 2026-09-19 · Non-exclusive MP3 lease · The English text controls.
This License Agreement is entered into between NaughtyRave (the “Producer”) and the purchaser identified at checkout (the “Licensee”) upon completion of payment. The Producer grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased instrumental (the “Beat”) under the following terms:

Ownership. The Producer retains all copyright and master rights in the Beat. This is a license, not a sale of the Beat itself. The same Beat may be licensed to other customers.
Prohibited uses. The Licensee may not resell, re-license, or redistribute the Beat on its own or as part of a sample pack or beat store; may not register the Beat or any derivative with any content-identification system (including YouTube Content ID); and may not represent the Beat as the Licensee's own original composition.
Termination. Any material breach of these terms terminates the license. Reaching a usage cap requires the purchase of an additional license to continue exploitation.
No affiliation. Beats tagged with artist names (“type beat”) are original instrumentals inspired by the referenced artist's style and are not created by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the referenced artist.
